About the Author


Rabbi Dov Ber Cohen

After spending six years living in Asia, delving deeply into Eastern philosophies, partaking in several silent meditation retreats, extreme martial arts training, hiking in the Himalayas and around a Japanese island, as well as spending time volunteering in orphanages, Rabbi Dov Ber Cohen moved to Israel and ended up discovering the depth, beauty, truth and wisdom of Judaism. Dov Ber Cohen is now a senior Lecturer at Aish HaTorah World Center in Jerusalem and Founder/Director of Living in Tune: Authentic Jewish Mindfulness (www.litmindfulness.org) which runs on-line Jewish Mindfulness Courses and In-person retreats. Dov Ber Cohen is the author of Mastering Life: A Unique Guidebook to Jewish Enlightenment and The Essential Teachings that lays out the foundational wisdom for creating a great life. He lives in Jerusalem with his holy and talented wife and cool, ninja-children.
