Thank you Rabbi these words were beautiful. It seem older folks have a different kind of beauty, you don't look to young yourself.

I have seen after pandemic, the suicides of 5 young people from different groups of friends. Weed was in almost all, if not all, an important part of the picture. Yes, not everyone suffers this. But again, not everyone gets cancer after smoking tobacco, and yet, we all know it is harmful. Marihuana is just the same.

Very much enjoyed your talk! Your previous experiences provide a kaleidoscope of insight into Torah. It reminded me of talks by Rabbi Akiva Tatz. Do you know him?You both lend deep kabbalistic meanings in your answers. I would lik eto know more about your life as a Buddist priest. What that spirituality was like. A second question I have is why women physically age more than men. There must be a positive reason, although I can't imagine it.Thank you. Ginger

Yes, people smoked pot and ended up fairly ok. But how many young people are now dealing with psychosis and related ailments as a result of pot smoking? The industry glosses over the mental health ramifications because they want the profits - I've seen ruined lives because of it. Not a fan.
The marijuana of today has been modified and can more easily cause issues like cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome and even possible psychosis depending on the strain and usage.

This was amazing! Thank you Rabbi. Only one thing tweaked me a little….lol! I disagree that when we are 60 70 80 we are going to look “awful”. I live in South Florida and see beautiful 75-95 year old men and women often…I’m 60 years old in June and I don’t look awful!

Nonsense!
