Rabbi Joel Padowitz

Rabbi Joel Padowitz is an author, entrepreneur, investment banker, and Jewish educator with over 25 years of experience bridging traditional Judaism and modernity. He founded Palladium Capital Group, a leading boutique investment bank, and authored books including The Science Behind The Mishnah (co-authored) and Triumph and Tragedy: Journeying through 1000 Years of Jewish Life in Poland. Rabbi Padowitz teaches Talmud and Jewish thought in Ramat Bet Shemesh and produces popular Mishnah podcasts available on platforms such as the OU's AllMishnah app and YUTorah. Previously, he served as rabbi for Aish HaTorah's young professional community in London. Aside from rabbinic ordination, he received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, his MBA from Bar Ilan University, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. As a student, he won the US Science Olympiad and was honored at the White House by President George H.W. Bush for outstanding achievements in science. His next book is tentatively entitled, Our Story: The 4,000-Year Saga of The Jewish People Retold in 100 Biographies.
