Ingredients
- 1 block Bulgarian or feta cheese about 8 ounces
- 2 sheets phyllo dough
- 2 teaspoons melted butter
- 1 egg yolk
- Sesame seeds
- Honey
- Crushed pistachios

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉/180℃. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Cut the block of cheese into fingers.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo and spread melted butter over top. Fold sheet in half and cut into strips with a pizza roller.
- Take a strip and wrap it around the feta finger, place feta fingers on prepared sheet pan, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Place in preheated oven and bake 25-30 minutes or until the fingers are golden from top to bottom
- Before serving, drizzle honey and sprinkle pistachios on top.
