The Jewish American Summit is a crucial call to action.
In our age of super-intelligence and unlimited access to information, America faces a shocking paradox: We are losing the basic ability to tell right from wrong, fact from fiction. Alarming numbers of Americans are falling prey to propaganda, conspiracy theories, and “alternative facts.”
On the issue of Israel, Harvard-Harris polls point to troubling moral attitudes:
How did this happen? How did the Jews – who gave the world “love your neighbor as yourself” and the principle that “all people are created equal” – become cast as barbaric villains? How did modern, democratic Israel become demonized as a pariah, while corrupt, misogynistic, genocidal Hamas managed to hijack the social justice movement – where micro-aggression is banned yet slaughtering Jews is legitimized?
Today’s socio-political landscape – filled with deepfakes, echo chambers, and mass disinformation – has produced a society unable to recognize evil. With this weakened moral compass, it is essential for, society to be armed with the tools to separate truth from propaganda.
There is hope on the horizon. Figures like Senator John Fetterman, Bill Maher and Montana Tucker have bucked the trend and speak out boldly for Israel, demonstrating moral clarity amidst a climate of political expediency and fear.
On Sunday, September 14, 2025, these leaders will appear at the Jewish American Summit (JAS 2025) in Los Angeles, a powerful one-day gathering to shape the future of Jewish life in America and strengthen the redemptive vision of unity, resilience, and moral clarity.
The summit, hosted by Aish LA, features opinion makers like former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, plus a wide range of executives, innovators, and influencers from tech, law, finance, entertainment and media – coming together to discuss U.S.-Israel relations, campus antisemitism, and healing after October 7. The summit includes gourmet lunch, networking, and music by Matisyahu.
This issue is urgent. History proves that antisemitism is never only about the Jews, but rather the opening act of broader hatred and violence. Jews are the early warning signal, the proverbial canary in the coal mine.
Antisemitism is not a partisan issue.
What type of world are we creating? Will America summon the resolve to stand against antisemitism and blood libels against Israel – and in favor of human dignity, compassion, and peace?
The Jewish American Summit shows that truth-telling is still possible.

The Muslim Arab terrorists learned their propaganda and lies from the Nazi ( may their name be erased) propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels ( may his name be erased), and in Gaza and the Arab Muslim countries they have the book " Mein Kenif " by Adolf Hitler ( may his name be erased), so both the Muslim Arab terrorists and the Nazis ( may their name be erased) have the same goal to make the world and Israel " Judenrein "( free of Jews), in my picture it sounds like they are Amelak and how do you handle Amelak in 2025 and also the Hebrew year, it is not so simple then in my view
It is sad some Rabbis believe the propaganda and lies the media is saying about Israel, it was a very big blunder that Israel left Kush Katif in 2005, and the residents said you won't get peace but terrorism, the former residents of Kush Katif were on point unfortunately
This is going to be an amazing event. I am in!
the old ways of "fighting anti semitism " dont work... vilifying and attacking character etc gets no where ...time for new approach
An excellent, honest and truthful essay by the Rabbi. To significantly shorten my rant, I will suggest the book by Dara Horn ‘People love dead Jews’.
So people don't like when Jews fight back and defend themselves, so the world is still the same as during the Holocaust, the world is still have a problem with Jews and now also Israel the Jewish homeland, after around 80 years nothing changed for the better it even got worst with Arab Muslims terrorists like multilingual like poisonous mushrooms
Brilliant post by Reb Shraga! Totally right-on!
Will this event be accessible virtually? I live on the east coast and can't get to LA. Re: Bill Maher. On occasion he has made remarks about other topics which rankle me. However, when it comes to Israel, he is 100% on target!!
Off the record . No live stream. Sorry. But tell a West Coast friend.
