  • 1 12 - 16 ounce bag of frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast available in health food stores and national markets with hecksher
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little kosher salt.
  • Roast until tops are golden and crispy, about 30 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • In a food processor, blend broccoli and all remaining ingredients to desired consistency.
