- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast available in health food stores and national markets with hecksher
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little kosher salt.
- Roast until tops are golden and crispy, about 30 minutes.
- Cool.
- In a food processor, blend broccoli and all remaining ingredients to desired consistency.
