Ingredients
- 6 turkey wings
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Jamie Geller Sumac
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Sauce
- 1 cup whole dried cranberries frozen will work too
- ¾ cup pomegranate juice
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon orange zest
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
Garnish
- Pomegranate arils
- Parsley leaves

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Pat and dry wings with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl mix salt, pepper, sumac, garlic powder, cumin and baking powder. Rub the turkey wings with spice mix until coated all over.
- Place spiced wings on a sheet pan and roast for about 1 hour, flipping as needed, until crispy and golden.
- In a saucepan add cranberries, pomegranate juice, brown sugar, orange zest, salt, and water. Bring to a simmer and cook until cranberries soften. Once soft, blend with an immersion blender.
- Coat the wings in the sauce then return to the oven for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and pomegranate and enjoy.
