  • 1 cup cilantro chopped fine
  • 1 sprig rosemary needles removed and minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Β½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ΒΌ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ΒΌ cup canola oil
  • ΒΌ cup olive oil
  • 3 fillets white fish
  • 2 or 3 slices lemon
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine parsley, cilantro, rosemary, garlic, ground almonds, pinch salt and pepper, thyme, turmeric, paprika, and canola oil. Mix well.
  • Drizzle olive oil in a deep pan. Place fish and lemon slices in pan, spread herb mixture over each fillet, pour water over top, cover and cook on medium heat for about 8 minutes.
