I grew up in Israel in the 60s surrounded by loving parents who instilled in me love for Moroccan Middle Eastern cuisine. Growing up I watched my mother cook wonderful dishes for me, my friends and our neighbors. Everyone gave something. My teachers are the many different neighbors from every walk of life that would grace our kitchen. It’s thanks to my amazing mother who is my greatest inspiration, my children that inspire me to grow and friends, guests and my readers. My passion is simply to make people happy, to make them healthy!
