  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ΒΌ cup fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons or a bit more mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions
