Making challah is a fabulous opportunity to bring blessing into our lives, our homes, and to all of the Jewish people and the world. You don’t have to be in a house of worship, all squeaky clean, to pray. You can be up to your elbows in thick, sticky dough, with flour on your face, God will hear you. Learn more about separating the challah and harnessing its power.

These crispy potatoes take simple ingredients and transform them into an addictive, crowd-pleasing snack or side dish. Boiled until just tender, each potato wedge is dusted in cornstarch before being dipped in a seasoned batter, adding a hint of paprika, turmeric, and pepper for depth of flavor. The result is a golden, crunchy coating that locks in the potatoes’ soft interior. Serve them hot and fresh for an irresistible balance of crispiness and spice—ideal for any meal or as a standalone treat!
