- ¾ cup cottage cheese—use at least 2% fat

- In a blend, blend cottage cheese, egg, flax seeds, and spices until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 375℉/190℃. Line a sheet pan that is at least 9x13-inches with parchment paper.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread it out in one even rectangle layer (doesn’t need to fill the pan).
