Fish

  • 6 fish filets sea bass, cod or halibut, skin removed, cut into large pieces
  • Lemon halved
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 3 teaspoons Jamie Geller Shawarma Spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Tacos

  • 6 medium or 12 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 persian cucumbers
  • 10 small radishes
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • Prepared tahini

Instructions

Fish

  • Place a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  • While pan heats up, squeeze lemon over fish. Drizzle 2 teaspoons oil and sprinkle spices over fish, fully coating each side.
  • Add 1 teaspoon oil to the pan and swirl around to coat. Place fish in pan and sear for 3 minutes on the first side, then flip and sear 2 minutes more. Assemble tacos immediately while fish is still warm.

Tacos

  • Heat tortillas in a pan gently.
  • Place on plate and top with fish, cabbage, cucumbers, radishes,, cilantro and tahini. Eat immediately.
