Chicken with Duck Sauce

The simple recipe that has everyone going for seconds.

Food 4 Thought
The Shabbat meal and our two loaves of challah are the ultimate comfort food that transport us back in time to the desert when our food was a direct gift from God. And these foods also remind us that the blessings of the past are always truly present, with each bite offering a new opportunity for gratitude. Learn more about why we cover the challah on Shabbat here.

Even though I make many "gourmet" recipes, this simple one is the biggest hit with guests helping themselves to seconds and calling during the week for the recipe!

Could we please have some recipes that do not rely heavily on processed foods, jars of this or that (which may not be available to all readers), but actually on ingredients, like flour, chicken, spice, etc? Recipe Tin Eats, while not kosher, is a great example of how someone can provide simple recipes, from scratch, for a much lower cost than buying prepared ingredients like Duck Sauce.
