Tahini adds a lovely nutty flavor to this cookie dough dessert. It’s not just tasty, it’s also good for you. Tahini is high in antioxidants and has both anti-inflammatory and anti-aging benefits. Eat great and feel great in one perfect “bite.”

COOKIE DOUGH
- ½ cup organic tahini
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup agave
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the cookie dough ingredients, tahini, almond flour, agave, coconut oil, coconut flour, vanilla extract and chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes; form it into balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet; freeze the cookie balls for 2 hours.
CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE
- Place the chocolate chips and oil into a microwave-safe bowl; microwave for 30 seconds on medium power.
- Remove from the microwave and stir, return to the microwave for an additional 30 seconds, if needed. Use a spoon to drizzle the melted chocolate over the bites.

What can I use as a substitute for agave?
please give the baking instructions - they are missing from what looks like a yummy recipe!
I don't think this is baked, I'm thinking that's why wheat flour isn't used. But I'm thinking you could without much trouble🤔

Right at the top, it states, "Healthy, no cook snack or dessert." (Personally, I debate the word "healthy" being used when one serving provides < 300 calories and 1/3 of the Daily Value of fat. I suppose it's all subjective. It certainly looks yummy, though! I probably won't make it because I would have to guard myself from eating several servings at once!) This is good for someone with more self-restraint that I have.
