Mujadara is a Middle Eastern, lentils and rice dish with lots of crispy caramelized onions!
This time I used a short cut with Jamie Geller Mujadara Lentil Pilaf Mix, it’s a blend of lentils, caramelized onions, and aromatic spices that you add to rice and the result is so delicious! Best of all- it is so easy to prepare!
