- Preheat oven on convection broil to 450°F.
- On a nice ceramic shallow bowl place the feta cheese cubes in the center.
- Add the grape vines with the grapes still attached around it.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and rosemary leaves.
- Sprinkle the sumac and the sesame seeds over top.
- Drizzle honey and olive oil.
- Transfer to the oven on 450°F convection broil.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes until the feta is melting and the grapes are bursting.
- Serve it with pita chips or a good bread and enjoy!
