I remember being a child and exercising with my mother with Jack Lalane on the black and white TV (no remote control) showing us the exercises. We would each have a clean towel to lay on the floor and do the entire show of exercises.
She always gave me health food in the lunch box with matching thermos bottle. I used to beg for the little bag of Fritos or a baloney sandwich on white bread. Nope, I got pumpernickel with a slice of cheese and tomato, which I have since come to love for lunch, lol! No soda pop in the house ever. Ahead of her time. She passed away this year at 92. Miss her...
