- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 4 sheets matzah
- Butter for frying
- Fresh fruit and powdered sugar for serving
In a medium sized bowl mix together eggs, milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Cut your sheets of matzah into quarters, then soak the matzah in your milk mixture for about 20 minutes.
Once the matzah gets pretty soggy, heat a cast iron pan with some butter. Fry your matzah until golden brown and flip to cook the other side.
Once fully cooked, serve with fresh fruit and powdered sugar.
