Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 sheets matzah
  • Butter for frying
  • Fresh fruit and powdered sugar for serving

Instructions

  • In a medium sized bowl mix together eggs, milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  • Cut your sheets of matzah into quarters, then soak the matzah in your milk mixture for about 20 minutes.
  • Once the matzah gets pretty soggy, heat a cast iron pan with some butter. Fry your matzah until golden brown and flip to cook the other side.
  • Once fully cooked, serve with fresh fruit and powdered sugar.
