- ¼ cup instant coffee
- ¼ cup garlic powder
- ¼ cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons ancho chili
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons pepper
Coat steak or roast generously with rub before cooking. This would work great on steaks or a roast in the oven!
How do you know when it’s done? We recommend medium rare. I LOVE my instant thermometer and it’s my most invaluable tool. Reminder: Rare is 125-130℉, medium rare is 130-140℉, medium is 140-150℉, and well done is 150℉+.
