Harissa Corn Ribs

- 2 whole cobs of corn
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Jamie Geller Harissa Seasoning
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt or labneh for dipping (optional)
- Optional: cilantro and lime juice for serving
Preheat the airfryer or oven to 400°F.
Cut the corn cobs in half lengthwise and then quarter into 8 wedges per cob.
Add to a bowl and drizzle with oil and Harissa seasoning.
Add to the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through. Alternatively, place on a parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the yogurt to a small bowl, top with a little extra harissa if you desire.
Serve the corn ribs with cilantro, lime and/or yogurt.
