Preheat oven to 180°C or 360 °F. Line the bottom of a 26 cm/10 inch springform pan with parchment paper, lightly grease the edges.
Grate the sweet potatoes, carrots, zucchini, potatoes, and onion separately.
Divide the grated vegetables into three different bowls, as follows. In the first bowl combine grated sweet potato, carrot and ⅓ onion. In the second bowl combine zucchini with ⅓ onion. In the third bowl combine potatoes with onion. To each bowl add egg, flour and salt and pepper.
Mix each one well and drain any excess water.
Into the prepared pan, pour white potato layer, then orange layer, and top with green layer.
Press each layer down in the baking pan.
Bake for 75-80 minutes, until cooked through.
Before cutting let it cool and enjoy.
