Ingredients

  • 2 bagels toasted
  • 2 avocados peeled and seeded
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • Pinch chili flakes
  • Pinch nigella seeds
  • 2 eggs poached

Instructions

  • Make the guacamole by mashing the avocado, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Spread the guacamole on your bagels and top with the poached egg, chili flakes and nigella seeds. That's it!
