Challah Tahini Custard Toast

- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 3-4 slices challah
- Desired toppings: berries chocolate chips, nuts
Preheat the oven to 204°C/400°F. Line a tray with baking paper.
In a small bowl, combine the egg, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and tahini until smooth.
Using the back of a spoon, press the center of the challah to create a well.
Spoon 2-3 tbsp of the custard mixture into the well. Add any toppings, if desired.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until set.
