Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 100% raw sesame paste tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Place tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, parsley and salt in a bowl.
  • Stir well, don’t worry when it starts to look clumpy, keep stirring, until thin and creamy; if you like it thinner, add more water to taste.
