Ingredients

  • 1 white onion sliced thin
  • 2 medium tomatoes sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Fresh cilantro
  • Place sliced onion in a bowl and cover with boiling water, let sit 5 minutes.
  • Drain onions and place back in bowl, add oil, salt, paprika, pepper and cilantro.
  • Toss and serve.
