- 1 white onion sliced thin
- 2 medium tomatoes sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Fresh cilantro
Place sliced onion in a bowl and cover with boiling water, let sit 5 minutes.
Drain onions and place back in bowl, add oil, salt, paprika, pepper and cilantro.
Toss and serve.
