Spray the mold with cooking spray.
In a small saucepan, heat the cherry juice and sugar until dissolved.
Remove from the heat and add the gelatin. Stir until it begins to thicken. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes before adding the strawberries, stirring to combine.
Pour it into the mold and refrigerate.
Meanwhile, make the second layer: heat the water in a saucepan over medium heat until just simmering. Remove from the heat and add the condensed milk, vanilla, and gelatin, stirring until it begins to thicken. Set aside for 15-20 minutes while you make the final layer.
Add the Manischewitz to a small saucepan. Heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from the heat, and add the gelatin, stirring to dissolve. Let sit for 20-30 minutes while you finish assembling.
Stir the white layer and pour over the cherry layer. Return to the refrigerator until almost set, about 20-30 minutes.
Add the blueberries to the final layer, stirring to combine. Pour over the almost set white layer and add to the mold. Refrigerate until set and ready to serve.
Unmold, and slice!
