Yaffa uses her writing platform to explore humor, mental health and more recently, step parenting. A published author and freelancer, Yaffa's work has appeared in Chicken Soup for the Soul, the Jewish Press and the Ami Magazine. A recent transplant to Monsey, New York, Yaffa is a fresh stepmother to five married and three single children and over two dozen grandchildren.
