Amy Goldman is a graduate of Maimonides School in Brookline, Massachusetts; following high school, she spent a gap year learning Torah in Israel at Midreshet Moriah, received a Bachelor’s Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Brandeis University and then earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from NYU. Amy is currently the executive planner, designer and owner of It’s Your Party! Event Planning – a Jewish-based event planning firm located in the Boston area. In addition to her busy work schedule, Amy volunteers her time and is actively involved in various local Jewish organizations, including Maimonides School, Chevrat Nashim – Mikvah Mei Ezra, Ma’ayan: Torah Studies from the Sources, and the New England Yoetzet Halacha Initiative. During Covid, she conceived of and launched the Greater Boston Shmirat HaLashon Campaign, an active organization whose goal is to encourage people to improve their lives and inner character by guarding their speech.* During her free time, Amy loves to learn and listen to shiurim on Emunah and Tefillah. Amy and her husband reside in Sharon, MA, and her greatest source of pride is her family and her four beautiful children.
