Wealthy old Morris Fefferman looked around the table at his two sons and five daughters, as well as their spouses, who were all gathered for the Fefferman family reunion.
"Not a single grandchild," Morris said with a sigh. "I’d give a million dollars to have at least one of my grandchildren here with me right now.” Morris looked at the food on his plate. “OK let’s make a bracha on our food and eat.” Morris closed his eyes and said his bracha with great devotion.
When he lifted his head, his wife was the only other person sitting at the table.
