Moishe and Miriam were sitting at the table with their daughter Shira who was back home after her first semester in college.
Miriam looked at herself in the mirror and said to Moishe, "I'm fat."
Right on cue, Moishe said what all good husbands must: "You're not fat." To support his position, Moishe added, "Just look around you at other women in the shul, and you will see that you are not fat."
Daughter Shira piped up. "Mom, they use this technique in college. Dad’s grading you on the curve!"
