Shloimie Rothman who worked for Hatzalah, the Jewish paramedic organization was being interviewed by a local Jewish magazine. "What was your most unusual and challenging call?" the reporter asked.
"Recently we got a call from that Anshei Israel congregation on 12th," Shloimie said. "One of the gabbaim was very concerned because during the Rabbi’s speech an elderly Jew passed out in one of the pews and appeared to be dead."
"What was so unusual and demanding about this particular call?" the reporter asked.
"Well," the paramedic said, "we carried out four guys before we found the one who was dead."
