Divine Energy: The Art of Margarita Levine

Margarita Levine graduated from the Arts Faculty of the Polygraphic Institute in Moscow in 1970. At the same time, she worked for three years in the workshop of the famous Russian artist Vladimir Weisberg. In 1990, Levine immigrated to Israel. In 1995, Levine began studying Torah with Miriam Blich, a long-standing student of Rabbi Mordechai Sheinberger of Jerusalem's Old City. Three years later, she began studying "Torah and Psychology" with Efim Svirsky, Director of Education of Aish HaTorah's Russian program, where she continues to study today. Levine's Torah studies have had a great influence on her creativity and have resulted in the paintings presented in the gallery.

Levine's 20 exhibitions have included shows in the United States, Canada, Israel, France, Poland and the former Soviet Union.

The Kotel is not stones. It is the place where the Divine Presence constantly dwells.
