Change Your Focus

There is a common tendency for people to focus on what they don't want.

 Repeating that we don’t have self-confidence, or that our self-confidence is low, directs our focus on what we don't want. Instead, when we say, "My goal is to continually keep upgrading my self-confidence," we are focusing on what we do want.
