The Stamina to Keep On Going

May 26, 2009 | by Aish.com

When people enjoy what they have to do, and are not only interested in reaching their goal, the will have the stamina to keep on going on. People who focus only on the end results will find it more difficult to sustain the actions needed over the long haul. If a person is interested in the accomplishment alone but doesn't like to practice and take action, his journey will be much more difficult.

Even if you previously focused on the end results, you can decide now you will add a goal: to enjoy every step of the way. You might not find those steps intrinsically enjoyable, but by looking at the entire picture of your life you can now appreciate what  each step really means to you.
