We Live One Minute At a Time

Because there is so much to know and to do, some people may find the task to be overwhelming. Of course, we can't do what is impossible for us to do. But what is possible is amazing when we realize, "We live just one moment at a time. We can only think one thought at a time. We can only say one word at a time. We can only do one act ion at a time." We can then calm down and commit to upgrading ourselves one step at a time, at our own pace.
