Savta Finklestein was in her late eighties, and lived in Israel. On a trip to the doctor, he asked her how she was doing. Savta replied by giving him a litany of complaints -- this hurts, that's stiff, I'm tired and slower, etc.

The doctor replied, "Savta Finklestein, you have to expect things to start deteriorating. After all, even though we Jews say, ‘you should live to a hundred and twenty’ who really wants to live to 120?"

Savta Finklestein looked the doctor straight in the eye and replied, "Anyone who's 119."
