The Gift of Giving

January 8, 2015 | by

It was the last night of Chanukah and precocious little Moishie Rosenberg was giggling as he gave his father his present.

“Moishie, that’s so sweet,” his father gushed. “You didn’t have to.”

“Well the present you got me on the first night of Chanukah was so great I needed to get you something,” Moishie replied.

“I’m glad you like the BB gun,” said Mr. Rosenberg as he unwrapped the gift.

“I think it’s a sweater!” said Mr. Rosenberg who smiled as he felt the material in the package. But as he took out the sweater, Mr. Rosenberg’s expression changed.

“What?” said mischievous Moishie with a grin.

“This sweater has a bull’s eye on the back!”
